Paulo is an experienced Marketing and Events professional with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry. Skilled in Marketing Operations Management, Ticketing Operations, Sponsorship Activations, Event Planning, Dressing and Signage on Sports.

He holds a Bachelor in Marketing Management with a solid career in the sports and events industry over the last 20 years. With a long experience across several functional areas under the marketing management scope, he has supported the creation of the marketing department in the Portuguese Professional League, contributing to leverage the Portuguese football industry to the latest and modern standards. Since 2018, he works on a consultancy basis to several mega events such as FIFA Worlds Cups, UEFA EUROs, Universal EXPO and the Olympic Games.

Paulo has a 360 vision about the different event operational functional areas with a specific focus on Ticketing. Paulo has been involved in several Ticketing Projects, contributing to a seamless and effective delivery of mega Ticketing Operations: planning phase, implementation, workforce management, facilities management and electronic access control systems were some of the topics he managed during the FIFA World Cups in Russia, Qatar and Australia/New Zealand, UEFA Euro 2020 in Azerbaijan and the Expo 2020 in Dubai.
