Pedro has over 24-year experience in IT. He has significantly impacted the confluence of technology and sports.

As CTO of Liga Portugal, he was instrumental in introducing the eLiga competition management system platform, professionalising match organisation in Portugal. His technical acumen spans areas such as ERP systems, app development, and website creation.

Pedro's sports consultancy credentials are impressive, having collaborated with entities like FIFA and regional associations. A standout achievement is his involvement in data protection, particularly GDPR, and spearheading security certifications like ISO27001. Notably, under his leadership, the Portuguese League became the world's first certified league in this regard.

Outside of sports, Pedro's expertise is recognized at global events and academic venues. Presently, Pedro is an Associate Partner of Crowe Portugal and International, holding both CEO and CTO titles in several tech firms.
